Franz Kofler, together with his daughter, runs the Koessler Wine Arbour nearby the village centre of San Paolo. Franz is a winemaker, restaurateur and artist. He has devoted himself to the fusion of art and history. He takes time for his guests, enjoys meditating in his Mediterranean garden in Missiano but also opens the door to the secret bunker where the delicious „Preclarus“ sparkling wine is stored.
