Rose garden in Bula
In a small village with only 200 inhabitants, found at the foot Alpe di Suisi, where sheep and cattle leisurely graze, an innkeeper decided to recreate King Laurin’s rose garden. This rose garden has the highest altitude of any other rose garden found in Europe. At 1500 asl, over 7000 rose bushes consisting of 250 varieties grow along a serpentine path. This almost inexhaustible diversity can be found at Bula in the rose garden which is open during the months of July until September. Entry is free.
