Monte San Vigilio
Monte San Vigilio, the ‘home mountain’ of Lana on the Monte Tramontana, is a small natural trekking district at an altitude of 1800 metres. The peak is reached from Lana via the Monte San Vigilio cable car, the second oldest in Europe. Once at the destination, visitors are met not only with a very dense network of hiking trails, but also an idyllic atmosphere, tranquillity, spectacular views, mysticism, and every type of story.
