Lake Anterselva in winter
Situated in the middle of the Vedrette die Ries Aurina Nature Park (Naturpark Rieserferner Ahrn), Lake Anterselva is the third biggest lake in South Tyrol and also in winter a paradise for sports enthusiasts, but also for those seeking relaxation. Numerous legends entwine themselves around the fairytale lake, located at the end of the homonymous valley at 1,640 metres above sea level at the foot of the Passo Stalle mountain pass.
