Hiking Tip: Alpe di Villandro
A relaxing winter walk on the snowcovered Alpe di Villandro is a great way to pass the time. The vast, 20km² high plateau above Chiusa has a varying altitude between 1700m and 2500m asl, stretching into the Isarco Valley. It is perfect for hiking, snowshoe hiking and tobogganing with fantastic 360° panoramic views of the Dolomites, spanning from the Gruppo delle Odle mountains to the majestic Zillertal Alps.
