Gitschberg-Jochtal skiing area
The winter sports area of Gitschberg-Jochtal stretches from 1,400 to 2,500 m asl and can be reached from Rio di Pusteria via the two villages of Maranza and Valles. Gitschberg-Jochtal does not only stand for skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing and cross-country skiing, but also for hiking in summertime.
