From the Farmers in the Val d'Ega

Peek behind the scenes of farm work, an opportunity offered by Val d'Ega Tourism to anyone interested. A guided tour takes visitors to a number of individual farmsteads to learn and experience many interesting things. For example, participants can participate in making goat cheese, visit one of the highest permaculture sites in Europe, or learn how to make excellent canederli.
