Cheese from the Aurina Valley

Cheese connoisseurs simply have to visit the Val Aurina Valley. This rustic and quaint side valley of the Val Pusteria Valley is home to nine cheese dairies. A huge variety of cheese is produced here, ranging from traditional to well-aged cheese. We visited its cheese dairies and took a closer look at how this special delicacy, is produced.
