„Bean-to-Bar“ Chocolate
Katya and Armin, the founders of Karuna, are South Tyrol's chocolate pioneers and the first to produce South Tyrolean Bio chocolate from premium cocoa beans. They sort, roast and grind hand-picked cocoa beans, making remarkably aromatic, puristic chocolate as well as cocoa butter products in small batches. We decided to take a closer look at the production process in Chiusa.
