Casies Valley
Wide meadows and lushly green hillsides characterize the Valle di Casies valley, where today I'm going to experience genuine rural traditions, untouched nature, warm hospitality and very special assistants... Our day in the Casies valley, which forks off the Val Pusteria at Monguelfo, starts at the Außermahrhof, where Maria Theresia Taschler provides us an insight into an ancient tradition of the farmers' cuisine. At the farm, I am warmly welcomed.
